The problem

The kit is bespoke for one role, one hiring cycle. It's not a platform. It has no login, no database, no ongoing subscription. Just a folder, an AI skill, and the outputs it generates.

How it works

Three steps. One folder.

Prep

Point the skill at a candidate folder. It reads the JD, the interviewer notes, and the resume. It produces a prep brief: competency scores, areas to probe, suggested questions, red flags.

Assess

After the interview, share your raw notes with the skill. It structures them into a clean assessment: qualitative scores, evidence, strengths, concerns.

Compare

Once you have assessments for all candidates, the skill generates a self-contained comparison tool — all candidates side-by-side. Make your decision. Delete the folder.

What's in the kit

The Individual Kit is for a single interviewer running the full pipeline. The Team Kit adds multi-interviewer coordination: per-interviewer prep briefs, progressive enrichment from earlier interviews, and a comparison tool with interviewer toggles.

Both are AI skills — instructions any LLM can follow. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, local models. Point it at your folder and it knows what to do. The example walks through a complete AirCorp hiring loop with working data.
